Frequently asked questions
What shipping method do you use?
By default, registered airmail will be used for all orders. Tracking up till dispatch from Singapore's airport will definitely be there. However, tracking might be limited in certain destination countries.
What if I don't receive my package?
Please check with your local post office before sending me a message! Please send me a message if you still haven't received it within 18 working days. I will raise an enquiry with SingPost regarding the matter, and will help you out to the best of my abilities.
How do I grade my pins/keyrings?
Grading is dependent on designs and batches of products. It might vary from design to design, and I usually use the best pins as a guideline for the lower grades. In general, here is a summary of the pin grading system in my shop.
A-grades: No flaws or very minor flaws that are very unnoticeable to most customers.
B-grades: Minor flaws that are only noticeable upon close scrutiny (e.g. uneven enamel/paint, trapped dust)
C-grades: Larger flaws that are slightly more noticeable (e.g. dents, more noticeable dust etc.)
